Our client is one of the world’s top and largest financial service companies, with more than 55,000+ employees worldwide across 40+ countries. We have been partnering with this client in North America since 2017 and have recently been awarded an exciting extension to our current service which includes an innovative technology road map, further development of our insights sourcing model and will also incorporate several new positions and locations across the EMEA region.
The role:
- Supporting recruitment teams with administrative tasks, such as:Creating new jobs on the system and advertising them on job boards
- Capturing candidates’ applications
- Managing interview scheduling process
- Preparing offer documentation
- Working with recruitment systems and technologies ensuring they are used effectively
- Proactively managing candidates and hiring managers’ needs and expectations
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties, making sure they are constantly up to date with the process
- Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports when required
- Providing training and guidance to new team members
- Finding ways to continually improve the process and sharing them with the team
What we need from you:
- Very good English – both verbal and written
- Strong customer focus
- Excellent communication, organisational, problem solving and multitasking skills
- Pro-active and positive approach
- Ability to effectively work in a team as well as individually
- Experience in administration or customer services environment would be an asset
- Professional training programme with knowledge about recruitment processes and buddy who will support you during your first weeks with us
