Responsibilities:
- Responsible for key recruitment logistics for an Internship recruitment campaign in the UK- Early Careers
- Pre-screening candidates’ online applications to determine top qualified candidate pool
- Managing online testing
- Review and asses recorded video interviews
- Schedule and facilitate high volume and individual interviews if needed
- Maintain professional communication with candidate to ensure a timely, efficient interview process from start to finish
- Provide appropriate and timely follow-up ensuring a positive candidate and client experience
- HR administrative activities and project support as needed
- Spotless record and strong ethos
Skills:
- Fluent English – C1 Level is preferred (CEFR scale or equivalent)
- 6 months of previous experience in administration or HR will be an asset
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Enjoy complex tasks and logistical challenges
- Highly flexible and able to respond and adapt to changes and shifting priorities. Must be pro-active, persistent, and helpful, with a solid customer service approach.
- Highly Organized
- Discreet in handling sensitive information, uphold confidentially at all times
- Strong relationship building with Candidates, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Assessor Teams and Operations Team Members Globaly
