The Recruiter is responsible for providing the highest level of staffing services to Infusions managers and executives. This position delivers high quality professional level candidates and advances Infusions brand across numerous markets and professional selection process. The Recruiter will perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates and the IT community at large. A wide degree of creativity, long term recruiting vision, business understanding and organization is required.
We are looking to grow the division of Wroclaw, looking to add an additional recruiter to help achieve the set goals.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Consult with senior leadership to identify personnel needs and workforce planning strategies.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
- Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
- Create and foster relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit alumni and diversity candidates.
- Manages the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- Manages and coordinates all communication with candidates.
- Conducts preliminary interviews with candidates and presents the shortlisted candidates for further detailed interviewing by hiring managers or technical interviewers
- Manages the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and interviewees
- Prepares candidates for interviewing with Infusion and Infusion’s clients and specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, our business strategy, department background, job descriptions, and expectation-setting.
- Organizes, leads and documents post-interview debrief/feedback and post-mortems with interviewers and candidates.
- Performs detailed reference checking. Maintains strong relationship with 3rd party background check companies.
- Collaborates with 3rd party recruiting agencies on a needed basis.
- Extends and negotiates offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of executive team and within the guidelines of Infusion’s compensation policy.
- Maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager’s interactions, and other recruiting activities through the ATS.
- Initiates and maintains excellent working relations within the Human Resources organization.
- Works cooperatively with all members of the staffing team to develop and implement staffing plans and activities.
- Participates in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
- Develops an effective pipeline and database of key talent potentially available for immediate hire
Key Experiences
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business, Human Resources, Psychology or a related education
- Minimum 2 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in the IT industry.
- An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Polish and English.
- Knowledge and extensive past use of an applicant tracking system.
- Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions.
- Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on a national, multi-location level.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Strong initiative and solid judgement abilities/skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications.
- Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases
- Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
- Ability to travel as required.
