As a Recruiter, you will be a part of IBM Internal Recruitment Team. Your main responsibility would be to manage the full lifecycle of recruitment projects…sounds so generic?

Daily duties
- building a pipeline of top talent through different channels including online databases and job boards or social networking
- screening and recommending candidates for the next steps of interviews
- organizing interviews with candidates
- candidate database management
- taking part in job fairs and other employer branding initiatives
- actively searching for new solutions to attract candidates
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- fluent in English and Polish
- experience in running recruitment processes independently
- experience in working in multinational environment
- good knowledge of sourcing tools and social media
- very good organization skills and ability to work under time pressure in a fast-changing environment
- proven ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to communicate effectively with teams and managers at all levels of the organization
- ability to handle highly sensitive/confidential information
- excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel).
