Zadania:
Responsible for end to end recruitment process ( interviewing candidates, organizing assessment centers, follow-up with hiring managers, making offers, communicating feedback, preparing reports etc.);
Identifying and recruiting suitable candidates mostly for commercial and administrative positions;
Maintaining a constant communication with hiring managers regarding pipeline and candidate status, trends and analysis of the employment market;
Working closely with hiring managers, human resources managers and executive leadership in order to participate in planning activities to determine hiring needs and recruiting strategies;
Responsible with preparing and sending short-lists, candidate profiles and reports to Operation managers on a daily and weekly basis;
Participating in different activities meant to promote the job openings (open day events, job fairs etc.)
Guiding hiring managers to deliver best practice recruitment, working closely to identify the best talent according to their requirements;
Responsible for reporting recruitment statistics, regularly follow-up with hiring leaders.
1-3 years work experience in the recruitment field
Dynamic and proactive, young and motivated, driven by results
Passionate about recruitment and full of energy
Very good knowledge of English – B2 and basic knowledge of French (minimum)
Good knowledge of French will be a big plus (B1-B2)
Mobility: 1 month training in France (possibly work related travels: France, Romania)
She/he will be subordinate to the Recruitment Responsible in Romania, but also, she/he will work closely with the Recruitment Responsible in France.
