Job description
What Recruiter/Senior Recruiter does in SolarWinds:

Pro-actively headhuntscandidates for our open roles

Conferswith hiring managers to identify candidate needs, job requirements, qualifications,and skills

Developsand maintains anetwork of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates,makescold calls

Writesand placesjob postings on various websites. Initiatescontact with candidates for specific job openings

Preparescandidates for the interview process and managesthe candidate pipeline
-
Developsand executesrecruitment search and sourcing strategy; must be able to locate candidates through job boardssearches, social media, networking, agency and/or employee referrals

Guides candidates through the interview process, manages salary negotiations, and processes the offers
-
Maintainsapplicant data and statuses intherecruiting system and producesaccurate weekly reports of activity and accomplishments for data trending

Adopts a positive, can-do attitude towards accomplishing goals andhelps pursue the team goals

Promotescompany branding within industry through job fairs, networking, and creating marketing materials
Requirements
What is required for this position?
-
2+ years of technical recruiting experience
-
2+ years of proven success with various direct sourcing techniques
-
Good written and verbal skills in Polish and English
-
Previous use of applicant tracking system and HRIS system is desirable
-
Experience with hiring candidates for IT roles (developers, qa engineers, etc.)
-
2+ years’ experience writing Boolean search strings to identify talent Possess high level of flexibility and good customer service skills
-
Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks under strict timeline
-
2+ years’ experience with MS Word, Excel , Power Point and Outlook required
-
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
-
Demonstrated success with building passive pool of candidates, as well as just-in-time recruiting

Experience managing full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through to managing interviews, capturing feedback and keeping passive candidates ‘warm’
