As a Receptionist at Capita, I have the unique opportunity to work and develop in an international corporate environment.

coordinate all incoming phone calls

accept deliveries, sort mails

maintain the front desk book

assist with coordinating employee travel arrangements

maintain and manage the meeting rooms

set up conferences / conference calls

set up lunches/tea/coffee for meetings

provide help and assistance when required

represent Capita in a professional manner at all times

hold a university degree

have experience in an administrative, customer service or secretarial role (an asset)

hold excellent customer service skills

have an excellent command of English, spoken and written

possess good communication and organisational skills

are proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other Windows-based applications
