Receptionist
Location: Warszawa
Main Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for efficient operation of the reception
- Greeting guests; answering phone and receiving messages sent to the company and distribution communication,
- Keeping register of incoming and outgoing mail; distribution of correspondence
- Ensuring the filing system is maintained and current.
- Updating database of contracts and documents.
- Maintaining supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to work stations.
- Maintaining equipment by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation; monitoring and purchasing meter fund
- Making travel arrangements for Pure staff and Directors - ordering tickets, organizing business trips, verification of invoices for tickets, keeping register of costs of business trips.
- At times when other members of staff are absent due to holidays or sickness or for some other reason outside of their control generally take over those duties which fall within the your capabilities.
- Assist the business to make sure it is running smoothly, address issues and requests immediately and support the clubs in daily activities.
- At all times be presentable, cheerful and helpful.
You need to have:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent coordination and scheduling skills.
- Good written skills, with a proven ability to correctly use English (verbally and in writing);
- Good communication skills with the ability to communicate at all management levels (also in English).
