We are currently looking for a Receptionist to join our friendly and energetic team in Kraków’s office.
As an office assistant you will be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide administrative support to our team and customers therefore we seek an enthusiastic individual with a professional, friendly and welcoming manner, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Providing organizational support to our company

Handling day to day office issues

Sending and picking up correspondence and parcels

Taking care of all kind office supplies and materials

Registering of incoming post and issuing necessary documents (letters etc.)

Organizing employees’ travels and accommodation

Making our office a great workplace for all employees

Some experience in administrative role will be an asset
