For our Client - leading private equity firm in Central and Eastern Europe - we are looking for a professional, dynamic and ambitious candidate who would support receptionist service and who would provide administrative support to assigned Managers and ongoing projects. Since most of the communication and documents requires excellent English knowledge, fluency in written and spoken English is a must.

Opis stanowiska:
- Greeting clients in a courteous and professional way, answering telephones
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, newspapers, mail and faxes
- Booking meeting rooms, conference calls, couriers and taxis
- Ordering office supplies, dealing with team members' expenses
- Maintaining calendars and perform all necessary scheduling
- Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements (airline tickets, restaurants, conference rooms, hotels)
- Drafting and preparing various documents and correspondence in Polish and English, updating spreadsheets, preparing power point presentations,
- Cooperating and maintaining relationships with outside vendors, clients and other European offices
- Basic office tasks (filing, binding, photocopying)
Kogo szukamy:
- BA degree or higher is an asset
- Minimum one year of experience as a receptionist/secretary/assistant in professional office environment (preferably international company)
- Fluency in Polish and English is a must
- Knowledge of Windows environment and MS Office package
- Excellent organization and time management skills, meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in the absence of direct supervision
- High communication skills on all levels, dynamism, positive attitude
- High standard of professional behavior and ethical standards
