Opis stanowiska

- To be the ISO/TS 16949 Management Representative - Develop local Quality Management system in close cooperation with the European Automotive QM System- Prepare and Coordinate Quality Audits - With Customers - Internal and external system audits - Product audits - Process audits- Lead APQP process ( Advanced Product & Quality Planning) - Develop & Maintain Controlplans - Release Test methods and instructions - MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis), - Calibration Procedures- Coordination and Revision of Preventive and Corrective Actions- Process Complaints and Non Conformities in the direction of Customers - (8D-Reports) - Support where relevant Sales teams and Keyaccounts face to face with customer- Administration of Suppliers with regards to Quality aspects- Continous Training of the team to ensure good knowledge about the QM System and Automotive Requirements- Close Cooperation with Corporate Quality and related EBU Functions- Member of Automotive European Quality Core team

Wymagania

- technical education: Process Engineer, Mechanical Engineer- 2 to 3 years Experience in Quality Assurance – ideally in Automotive Business- QM Certificates (ISO/TS 16949)- Basic knowledge in technical Statistics- Excellent English- Good Communication skills
