Job description
Currently we are looking for QA Specialist to join the outsource team in Katowice office. This is the ideal role for an ambitious individual looking to help deliver eLearning web applications and Primary Education websites.
Person on this position will work alongside the delivery team and contribute to the effective delivery of websites and VLEs to our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of delivery of websites and virtual learning environments by checking and testing sites in different browsers, on tablet, Iphone and Android. You will work from a task list of priority tasks and manage your time effectively in order to complete the tasks in a timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
- prepare and execute the test plans specific for different software programs,
- reviewing the customer experience,
- reporting on improvement and recommendations,
- tracking of reported problems and defects using tracking software,
- keeping up to date with standards and requirements of software quality assurance.
- working as a team liaising with graphic designers, web developers delivery technicians and contentpublishers and demonstrating excellent internal and external customer service within the SLA.
Requirements
Essential skills:
- 1+ year of experience in quality control assurance/testing software;
- Well developed analytical skills;
- Attention to details, quick learner (Excellent grammar and spelling);
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- User experience

- Excellent communication, problem solving skills;
- Time management
- Website best practice knowledge
Desirable skills:
- CMS experience;
- Working in a similar environment;
- Experience of the education sector.
- Experience of web compatibility
- Experience and understanding of W3C compliance
- Degree or equivalent in IT related subject
