Your skills, knowledge and experience:
- Fluent Spanish and English
- 1 year of QA experience and reporting experience
- 2-3 year of of Customer Service experience (IT or other business)
- Extensive exposure to this skill and related work experiences
- Applies detailed knowledge and skills to complex (or new) work situations in multiple settings.
- Trains and/or directs work of other in complex facts, methods, and techniques related to the skill.
- Familiar in network technologies: ISP, Domain, Search Engines and Browsers
- Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts and skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Other EU language will be an asset (Portuguese, French, Italian, German)
