PtP Project Manager

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience within PtP processes
- Deep understanding and core expertise within Purchase to Pay process, preferably both Indirect and Direct
- Strong experience within project management
- Strong experience within leading complex change management projects
- Leadership qualifications in influencing
- Experience in leading and managing internal stakeholders on a senior level
- University degree
- Fluent in English
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong leadership skills to deliver in a complex environment
Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will lead and execute a global Purchase to Pay program initially focusing on Indirect Purchasing.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead and execute an indirect global cross functional Purchase to Pay program according to set objectives and design principles (to be defined in a pre-study)
- Ownership of the end to end Indirect Purchase to Pay process including e.g. the process itself, system landscape and governance model. Possibly to be extended to also include Direct purchasing over time
- Coordinate, improve and optimize the Purchase to Pay process on a continuous basis
- Secure end user satisfaction
- Change management and transformation of the current environment – promote adoption of purchase to pay strategy
- Manage business relations with relevant suppliers
- Build quality into all aspects of work by securing compliance to company´s highest standard of controls and all quality requirements
- Communicating with and influencing key stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding of objectives and priorities
