Zadania:
- Project management of projects or project workstreams, that will include delivery of new IT systems or enhancement and/or fixes to existing systems
- May be accountable for management of concurrent workstreams within a project and/or multiple projects
- Accountable for estimating,project planning, reporting, financial planning, and issue and risk management throughout the project lifecycle
- Responsible for the delivery of projects within budget, time and quality/scope constraints and to other variables as agreed with stakeholders
- Responsible for ensuring arrangements are in place for business readiness to accept the delivered change, including training, communications, and any modifications to business process and/or organisational design
- Track and resolve cross project dependencies, thought close liaison with other project and programme managersas required
- Ensure effective project sponsorship and steering mechanisms are in place throughout the project lifecycle
- Responsible for agreeing the correct project delivery methodology and governance within individual projectwith all project stakeholders
- Ongoing close liaison with Business Analysts to ensure delivered projects meet business needs
- Responsible for ensuring systems development work is carried out to defined standards and procedures,and for ensuring that systems changes fit within the general applications architecture and strategic framework
- Lead and motivate the wider project team responsible for requirements gathering, business analysis, impact assessment, solution design, technical documentation, code delivery, system testing, UAT, implementation, business acceptance and handover to support teams
- Management of third party supplier sengaged in project delivery
Essential
- Strong academic record, withgraduate level degree
- Excellent interpersonal skills,including:
- Strong written and verbal communication ability (Fluent English)
- Consultancy skills (i.e.workshop facilitation and presentation skills)
- Stakeholder management
- Ability to establish, maintain,and develop effective relationships with both technical and business stakeholders across various seniority levels
- Strong financial and commercial awareness
- Ability to identify, communicate, and resolve complex problems
- Demonstrable experience inmanaging and leading teams
- Experience of managing change projects in a fast changing business environment
- Excellent understanding of formal project management method(s), tools, and techniques
- Experience of using MicrosoftProject or equivalent planning tool
