For our Client - internationally recognized provider of consulting, technology and outsourcing services we are currently looking for experienced candidates on the position of Project Manager.
Project Manager as the maintainer of the master project plan will be coordinating updates on a weekly basis from all work stream leads. On this position the hired person will be responsible for consolidating and delivering the regular program briefings including Weekly Internal Status Call with CG Transition Leads and management Weekly Joint Status Meeting – Client Management and Transition Leads as well as facilitate issue calls to with key stakeholders to manage critical issues and Weekly Governance Status Meeting.
Successful Candidate will take care about tracking critical timelines, deliverables, and milestones across all work streams and Delivery Centers and work with Transition Leads to consolidate they are on track and documented. Responsibilities of this role includes also consolidating Critical Milestones and Tollgates per contractual requirements and act as the centralized consolidation point for all project performance data. Project Manager will institute a standard set of project management processes and practices for all Transition Leads, bringing structure, planning and consistency to the operation of each project. Responsibilities includes ownership of consolidation of PMO deliverables including; Transition SharePoint Site, Global Transition Project Plan, Issues / Action Log, Knowledge Transfer Plan Template, RACI, Transition Governance Program Setup for Global Transition, and Readiness & Acceptance Plan Template with close cooperation with Transition Managers and Transition Leads as well as coordination and ensuring the logistics (flights, hotels booked) is timely and properly taken care of.
As an ideal Candidate you should have minimum of 5 years' working experience familiar with management and business change effects organizations as well as transitions and transformations within the business. Applying for this position the Candidate should also has Knowledge of PMI Based Project Management principles and good understanding of Finance&Accounting processes. Very good communication skills (Excellent English skills; Spoken and Written and Presentation skills), ability to multitask and work under tight timelines with guidance and Willing to take ownership and initiative for assigned activities will be considered as a strong asset.
