Position Summary
Exciting career opportunity that provides a Project Manager role in the AEC BIM Krakow Poland center that is involved in the design and implementation of the next generation features for Autodesk products. We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and driven project manager to support our development teams. As a Project Manager, you will be working on managing internal projects, projects with external contractors/partners and product development projects from initiation through delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Monitors project to ensure completion within defined schedule, budget, and quality parameters.
- Leads the overall product release lifecycle by working with functional team leads across organizational lines (Product Management / Product Development / QA / Documentation / Product Marketing / ...).
- Leads and manages internal and external project resources across organizational lines. Negotiates assignment of critical resources and assigns responsibilities.
- Develops and maintains project plan and schedule utilizing corporate standard best practices, PJM software, key performance indicators and metrics.
- Assists team members in defining project resource plan, including internal and contract resources and in developing the business case for technology projects.
- Assists team members in planning, estimating, and controlling tasks. Ensures that interfaces are recognized and tasks are integrated. Performs critical path analysis and develops action plans to mitigate risk. Identifies and

Requirements:
- BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent...
- At least 3-5 years professional experience in software product development.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent understanding of the software release process, from conception to commercialization.
- Able to learn and understand of all corporate functions and to work directly with all of them.
- Able to lead cross-functional teams and manage across organizational lines.
- Able to work with remote sites/teams and work with people of divers cultural backgrounds.
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Able to work autonomously with minimal direct supervision.
- Advanced MS Office software skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
