In the challenging role of Product Manager, you are part of the dynamic AXA Home Security Business Line Team - Part of Allegion holding, and you will be stationed in the office in Zawiercie/Poland. You are the hub between the different departments in the Polish organization, and at the same time the link between Poland and The Netherlands. The combination of analytical and commercial skills is crucial, as well as being a strong communicator and having a hands on mentality to get things done. You make sure opportunities are identified within the internal organization, and driven forward. From supporting with the business case to SKU creation, from the first sample requests till the first production batches.
Description
- Closely work together with the commercial team, product development and Business Line Team to streamline product management and development. This in line with the strategy of the AXA organization to help optimize the business growth.
- Support management team with building and roll out of strategic planning
- Responsible for building and maintaining of product portfolio for Polish market
- Explore product portfolios of sister companies within EMEIA to add to product portfolio
- Continuously work on detailed product know how
- Review, prioritize and manage product development and product adjustment projects
- Collect all necessary information to build business cases
- Strong focus on stakeholder management, including internal departments in Poland and The Netherlands, suppliers, certification institutes and customers
- Collect all necessary data for completion of the 'digital' product
- Develop & follow-up (long term) roadmap
- Initiate process improvement projects
- Own project dashboard where all pending and future business opportunities are shown.
- Monitor market development via desk research, customer visits, exhibitions and intercompany connection
Initiate cost price reduction projects
Profile
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent project management skills
- Technical insight is a must
- Knowledge of door(hardware) market and products
- Understanding user needs and demands
- Know how of manufacturing company and processes
- Experience in international industrial organization
- Team player with hands on mentality
- Pro-active, ambitious, creative thinker, focus on result and a quick learner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Polish (native) and English
