Danish company «Albatros Sea Food Production» is one of the main frozen seafood players for the Russian and Ukrainian market during the last 10 years. Having a factory in Ukraine (Kiev) and Russia (Moscow), the company is producing crabsticks, glazing and packing different types of seafood products and distribute them over CIS countries. Russian factory, which has 250 employees and output 60 tons per day is located 2 km south from Moscow, provides all the major trade chains with private label and Albatros branded products.

Opis stanowiska
•Ensures Albatros brand products remain competitive with National brands by maintaining ongoing product evaluations and continuous improvement processes.
•Utilizes scientific knowledge and experience to improve Albatros products and communicate effectively to the raw material suppliers.
•Works with a cross-functional team of marketing, sales, purchasing, QC, and production team to improve existing products and market the brand to consumers.
•Maintains an understanding of new manufacturing technologies that can provide Albatros with a competitive advantage.
•Maintains product specification database.
•Manages consumer product testing.
•Advises and directs team and customers on quality and technical matters affecting products.
•Reviews food and non-food safety and performance data.
•Set a system and guide the production team during production process to meet new products requirements.
•Develop a system of rules and requirements, identifying critical control points to produce a new product for the production staff and cross-divisions.
Wymagania
• Male or female from 30 to 50 years old.
•Relevant Experience, Education, Certification, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities.
•Bachelor's Degree required. A degree in food science/technology or equivalent work experience required.
• Work experience from 5 years and above in food industry, development experience required with profound technical knowledge of food production.
• Work experience from 3 years of project management is required.
• Work experience in food safety and international certification is required.
•Proactive and innovative.
•Culinary skills a plus.
•Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Foreign language: English and/or Russian - conversational level.
• PC - experienced user (MS Officе).
• Ready to relocate to Russia.
