Position purpose
Currently we are looking for candidates, who are ready to travel to the US and European countries and take active part in the transition and later on in the delivery of Operational and Tactical Procurement services.
Job description
- Receives and reviews procurement system service requests (resolution of vendor and customer queries, Master Data requests, Catalog management)
- Escalation point for complex queries
- Files documents according to procedures for audit purposes.
- Continually strives to identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and improve processes.
- Proactively shares knowledge and best practices.
- Continually seeks out ways to improve Client satisfaction.
Candidate’s profile
- University or college degree
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, out of which some in Procurement or AP
- Fluent oral and written skills in English
- Working SAP and e-procurement tools knowledge
- Good computer literacy, easily learns new applications
- Very good customer service skills and Client-focus attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Well organized and able to prioritize tasks
