Purpose of the role
Develop decision support information. Ensure that all business change in an organization is managed in a controlled way. Provide information with a single source of the truth. Relevant and accurate to support effective decision-making.
Accountabilities:
- Drive improved efficiency through process re-definition and make recommendations for new process structure
- Initiate, plan and direct major and innovative projects, and participate fully in cross-functional and strategicorganization-wide projects
- Ensure that processes are completed and documented satisfactorily and in line with Procurement requirements
- Resolve data-collecting issues
- Identify issues and emerging trends, providing the basis for the continual development of services and embedding a culture of continuous improvement
- Remain current on standardized training materials and other communications across sourcing organization
- Prepare standardized reports on sourcing activities provide guidance to sourcing teams
- General market analysis
- Market and business intelligence
- Due diligence
- Prepare RFIs on request
- Collect data and information using in-depth interviewing
- Conduct analysis with a required precision and depth
- Present and create reports based on collected data
- Contact with the internal stakeholders
- Managing internal stakeholders expectations
Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience working in with suppliers in a complex, global organization
- Experience of working in an environment of change involving people, process, policy and technology.
- Experience managing teams for success, with and without direct line management responsibility.
- Strong business and financial acumen with ability to evaluate, analyze and solve problems
- Strong data and analytical skills to work with multiple sources of information and to extract the salient points to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver information to stakeholders in a meaningful and concise way.
- Ability to influence, align diverse views and gain consensus, providing clarity and direction on what is to be achieved and break down barriers that get in way of effective team working
- Support change and process improvement
- Ability to priorities, maintain clear focus and provide direction in constant ambiguity and change, using knowledge, judgement, resilience and courage to resolve conflicting priorities and manage crises
- Ability to operate effectively in an environment with tight deadlines and finite resource and uncertainty
- Excellent sponsorship and stakeholder management skills across a diverse geographic region and at multiple levels, with the gravitas to engage with and influence senior stakeholders

- A degree or equivalent level of education.
