Procure to Pay is the process of obtaining and managing materials needed for manufacturing a product or providing a service. It starts with supply management and ends in accounts payable, which is the process we mostly support clients with. You will be responsible for insuring incoming invoices are batched and distributed efficiently and charging them. You will also oversee investigating and resolving accounts payable issues and queries related to the approval of the invoices.
There are many steps to this complex process and you will be supporting our clients in various aspects along the way. A part of this will be being in contact with our clients and your colleagues in Prague and from other Accenture locations.
As a part of your daily activities, you will also be responsible for various reports and analyses, such as billing controls, where you can use analytical thinking and individual judgement. You will get the opportunity to improve your knowledge of PC tools and learn to utilize new tools and applications used in the corporate world (SAP).
