Given our expansion plans and exciting new projects, Capita is currently recruiting for the position of:
Working as an Administrator within our Italian Policy Administration Department, you will assist in delivering a high quality and effective service to the clients (insurance company, policy holders, brokers, agents, distributors). Typical activities will include onboarding new customers into the system, updating policy holder details, resolving premium allocation issues, producing annual policy statements, switches, and handling policy claims.

Providing a world class service by maintaining and improving service levels

Ensuring all Service Level Agreements are met effectively and within standard times

Dealing with standard administration requests within agreed service turnaround times

Assisting in the preparation of a suite of standard letters, ensuring Italian standards are adhered to

Assisting in achieving the overall objectives of the department

Hold a university degree

Are fluent in Italian (both spoken and written)

Have very good level of English (both spoken and written)

Have a proficiency in various software packages, including Word, Excel & Access

Have strong customer service skills

Are accurate and detail-oriented

Have an ability to work independently and as part of a team

Have strong interpersonal and communication skills

Are flexible in working hours as well as capability to multi-task

Have high ethical standards

Have an experience in the insurance industry (considered an asset)
