Role

 

In this role you will perform a wide range of administrative and general support duties to department's heads in EB Operations division. You will frequently communicate with senior-level contacts. Provide secretarial/administrative and practical support across all areas and levels of the organisation.

 

Your part of the deal:
  • You will schedule appointments, arrange/coordinate meetings, support agenda management for the department's head and his/her direct reports.
  • You will support management meetings for senior-level committees.
  • You will arrange business travels and track expenses.
  • You will organize events like offsites.
  • You will organize and maintain principal's correspondence and records, following up on pending matters with limited direction.
  • You will communicate with internal stakeholders like division heads, committee members, CEO.
  • You will prepare special reports, meeting minutes, formatting documents, gathering of information, summarizing and analyzing data in advance and in support for the department's head and his/her teams.

Qualifications

 

Your profile

  • University degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in a support role for Executive level
  • Fluency in English both oral and written
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Action oriented, initiative taker with ability to work independently
  • Discretion and integrity to handle confidential matters
  • Professional, team player with flexible attitude towards work
