Job Description:
This is a very varied role, which includes:
- Extensive diary Management of 3 busy VPs
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Organizing internal and external meetings across the globe
- Applying for visas, passports and other business related documents
- Ensuring supported VPs have what they need for meetings and that they arrive on time
- Maintain the Infra Finance community Intranet site
- Taking Minutes
- On behalf of, or in the absence of, the VPs, acting as liaison with the Executive and management teams, well as with various Institutions and clients
Candidate's profile:
- Fluency in English and French
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline set
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task with understanding the importance and criteria of prioritizing tasks
- First class communication skills, oral and written
- MS Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to high standard
- Eager to learn
- Team player
