People Operations Partner HR Business Partner

Overall Job Purpose
This role will support the Senior HR Business Partner and People Operations Team to deliver a comprehensive HR service in a fast paced operational environment. We are looking for a proactive, open- minded person with positive attitude and teamwork skills. Flexible and dynamic candidate, able to anticipate business needs and deliver HR partnership that enables business to achieve goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring maintenance of Polish labour law knowledge within the company as well as managing HR and legal processes.
- To maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Coordination of the salary adjustment process as well as quarterly bonus calculation within guidelines.
- Conducting regular meetings with team managers from assigned line of the business.
- Consults with line management, providing HR policy guidance and interpretation when appropriate.
- Analysing trends and metrics in partnership with local HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Preparation of forecasts, reports and analysis based on requirements.
- Proactively manages high level complex employee relations issues achieving a swift outcome for individual and business.
- Collaborating with people managers in ensuring the talent & succession agenda and actions in place to mitigate attrition risk.
- Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Participation in delivery of training programs to ensure success.
- Continuously strives for improvement through the analysis of feedback and data to shape the HR agenda and improved employee engagement.
- Working with managers to deliver people related initiatives and change programmes.
- Coaching and empowering leaders and managers to perform their people related responsibilities more effectively.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- University degree in HR Management, Business, Psychology or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Business Partner role in an international company
- In-depth knowledge of the Polish labour laws
- Fluent command of Polish and English – both verbal and written
- Experience in change management as well as process improvements
- Strong Power Point and Excel skills
- Ability to set priorities, manage time, organize work, and meet deadlines
- Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skill
- Design and development of new training programs would be an additional asset
*Please note this role will require frequent travel to our site in Wroclaw
