Connaxis is looking for a HR Specialist to join our team.
Connaxis is a digital consulting company, providing custom solutions to clients around the world. Our core business units — Agency, Products and Outsourcing — work together to bring a unique synergy, efficiency and effectiveness to each project.
At Connaxis we have more than 60 professionals employed. We are growing rapidly, together with our world renowned clients. We have presence in North America, South America and European regions. We currently seek to expand the services offered from our office in Poland. Our business unit outsourcing is focussed on several services: direct marketing, programming outsourcing with a specialization in blockchain.
- Manage end to end recruitment processes of new staff
- Organise the onboarding for new hires
- Take care of employee branding - represent Connaxis during external events, meetups, conferences and job fairs.
- Organise Connaxis own events, conferences, team building activities
- Support the organizational changes and manage administration tasks while getting support from external expertise when required
- Provide prompt response to facilities requests and issues from employees
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs and cleaning - respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise
- Maintain relationship as well as manage contracts and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office landlords
- Update and maintain departmental policies and procedures, identify gaps and areas for improvement

- Associates Degree/BA/BS or at least 3 years of experience supporting small and mid-sized business in a general office/human resources capacity
- Experience with recruitment tools
- Fluent polish and english, oral and written

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan well and multi-task
