Payroll Team Leader

Scope of duties:
- Manage the execution of payroll operations cycle - assign resources, complete all required checks, raise escalations
- Lead all payroll operations for LATAM region (working hours 10:00-18:00)
- manage customer service to ensure TAT and quality results meet the expectations
- lead the team of 3 processors (including admin activities like managing the holiday planning)
- act as Ops lead for assigned projects
- Act as Ops manager backup
Requirements:
- Fluent English (Spanish or Portuguese as an asset)
- Solid payroll experience (alternatively HR ops experience)
- Exposure to direct interactions with the customer
- Strong communications skills (ability to present complex issues or concepts in a clear and structured way, ability to influence the audience)
- Ability to build strong relations within BPO and with the customer
- Strong work ethic (integrity, open mind, quality of work, constructive approach to problems)
- Leadership experience and potential (experience can be short and with a small team, potential to take over more senior role in the future)
