Inviting applications for the role of OTC Customer Service with German
Responsibilities
- Work in handling phone calls, administering in databases, book keeping and in other customer service activities
- Communication with the customers (via email, letters, phone calls – inbound/outbound calls)
- Issuing, checking and sending dunning letters
- Tracking and reporting collection performance, correct usage of the collection tool
- Correctly identify and register disputes
- Research and validate disputes
- Creating and updating the operating procedures, work in the SAP system
- Participation in knowledge transfer for the clients
Qualifications
- Very good knowledge of German min. C1
- Communicative level of English
- Familiarity with SAP
- Good MS Office (especially MS Excel) knowledge
- Previous experience in Customer Care, Collections, AR
- Analytical thinking and ability to learn fast
