Operations Manager with English and German
Location: Warszawa - Mokotów
Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the delivery of client overall KPIs/Sales targets, also including day to day service levels, customer experience, quality measures and compliance mesures
- Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
- Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
- Term relationships with corporate clients, creating value add for the client you manage.
- To proactively maintain regular engagement with key client contacts in line with client expectations
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
- Work with senior stakeholders.
- Ensure operational delivery in line with contractual agreements
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
- Provide inspired leadership for your team.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a projects in the BPO / SSC industry
- Mandatory: knowledge of English and German at the level that allows easy business communication
- Ability to analytical and logical thinking at a high level
- Experience in building long-high presentation skills
- Positive attitude to changes, the ability to quickly adapt to changes
- Experience in managing a remote team is welcomed
- High leadership skills
