WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Managing Ocean customer onboarding and strategic projects
- Supporting the implementation of new customers of other CEVA products such as Contract Logistics, Air Freight, Road and Rail
- Working as a project lead or as a Work Stream Lead (WSL) for Ocean projects to drive the success of implementation
- Supporting Business Development/ Sales and Operations account owner with potential opportunities, identify requirements framework, and identify type of project and coordinate with the Eastern Europe management Ocean team in the case of complex projects that require wider management & coordination to provide the best fitting solutions
- Process mapping, gap analysis highlighting necessary operational process changes and/or IT development for coordination with operational and Customer Solutions workstreams
- Setting up project as per CEVA project management methodology, including but not limited to tools, templates, SharePoint, data validation; Mobilize cluster and local CEVA colleagues together with the resources selected from the client to ensure appropriate, effective and timely implementation
- Collaborating with client and internal stakeholders developing SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) to execute the business ensuring mitigation of risk and management of change
- Managing, monitoring and improving of the implementation
- Equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in logistics, business or supply chain management
- Project management knowledge/certificate
- Global Transportation and Freight Forwarding (> 5 years)
- Proven track record in operational project management
- Strong affinity with systems and the related impact/benefits to solutions design
- Good understanding of complex supply chain solutions and the deployment of value creating/generating solutions
- Fluent English
- Strong leadership and coordination skill
- Ability to translate strategy into clear action plans and lead teams to achieve a common goal
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately with all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations
- Ability to influence others to make decisions and take actions aimed at achieving common objectives that ultimately benefit the entire enterprise
