Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. Job Description:
The Operations Lead will be responsible for people management, engagement and career development in Digital Marketing environment.
Daily operations will cover the end to end responsibility for contractual service delivery including training of the team, work planning, managing the challenges as well as development of client relationship.
Key responsibilities:
- Operational delivery of client service for EMEA region ensuring highest quality standards as per contractual expectations
- Ownership of issues resolution and escalation management
- Responsibility for maintaining and developing key client relationships
- Effective change management in daily operations and implementation of strategic directions
- Drive continuous improvement
- Managing & allocating resources and responsibilities across the team to deliver business results
- Coaching, developing and taking care of career development of dedicated team
- Extensive experience of leading teams and customer care in operations (minimum of 4 years) aimed at reaching the results
- Knowledge or strong interest in Digital Marketing
- Fluent English skills both written and spoken
- Proven experience in leading the teams including providing feedback, managing expectations and career progression
- Experience in managing external client and development of relations in quickly changing environment
- Proven ability to work independently and propose out of box solutions
- Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure of time
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Proven record of continuous improvement
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)
- Experience with a range of Clients and technology solutions which provides professional relevance
