Requirements:
- University degree (final years students will be also considered)
- Fluent Italian (min. C1)
- Good command of English
- Comfortable with working in flexible morning and afternoon shifts
- Experience in Customer Service area in multinational company would be an asset
- Computer literacy (including MS Excel)
- The ability to regulate written communication
- Customer focus and proactive attitude
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries/ requests via emails or chats and perform associated activities
- Maintaining of the Service Levels for the cases processes
- Updating the application/ CRM with respect to cases or customer interactions
- Building good relationships with regular and unknown customers
- Being a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations which provide the very best traveler experience in each situation
- Assisting team members who are new to the process
