Onboarding Coordinator

Department: Capita Resourcing – Business Support Services
Responsibilities
- Answering queries from UK contractors who start their cooperation with Capita
- Communication with new joiners, recruiters and Hiring Managers in a professional way
- Agreeing start dates
- Dealing with documents and data entry
- Generating special reports on request
Requirements
- Fluency in English (C1 level is a minimum)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A keen eye for detail and can-do attitude
- Teamwork skills
- A university degree – considered an asset
- Familiarity with IT technologies (MS Office, Excel)
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and changing situations
