An interesting job opportunity for an Office Administrator has appeared to join our unique and international team and to play important role in our growth and development.
We are looking for someone who will take ownership of all activities needed for our office to run smoothly and will be implementing innovative ideas to create the best workplace in Europe, both representative and comfortable for our team members.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer day-to-day operations so that the office and its amenities will be well maintained and operate effectively
- Take crucial part in the project of creating new office space by challenging suppliers and our team to implement unconventional, modern and world-class solutions
- Coordinate purchasing processes including sourcing, selection, negotiation and cooperation with all vendors/suppliers
- Manage all administration and reception activities with an extra attention to warm welcoming and taking care of all guests and clients
- Overlook and organise all travel activities including related logistics and transport support, the hotel/airlines reservations and administration of all travel expenses
- Support recruitment processes by being responsible for posting job offers in various channels and medias
- Documentation management (collection, transfer, preparing for signing, distribution, supervision, archiving) and preparation of invoices in cooperation with Sales Team
- Liaise with office contractors/property managers including building and equipment maintenance ( like facility repairs, installations, small construction remodeling, grounds improvement)
- Assisting in the management of various activities such as e.g. social events
Wymagania
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role/position
- Open for and interested in a long term development in area of office management
- Able to understand and act according to our values and unique start-up environment
- Honest, straightforward and positive
- Extremely well-organised and able to multi-task
- Great presentation and communication skills
- Responsible, goal-oriented and not being afraid of taking ownership
- Creative and with a pro-active approach
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
