O2C Team Leader

Main accountabilities
- Leading the delivery team of 10-20 people
- Managing collections results with major focus on aged debt reduction
- Supporting function to Delivery Manager
- Contacting with Client’s Organisation, establishing and developing relationships with Client’s representatives
- Providing high quality reporting, and responding to ad-hoc requirements
- Managing the team workload and KPI performance results effectively in order to adjust team goals to monthly changes in portfolio,
- Driving and proposing O2C process improvements within assigned scope and portfolio to assure productivity gains increase is in line with contract requirement for the assigned portfolio,
- Encourage cooperation, teamwork and knowledge sharing. Provide team members with coaching and assure process team training requirements are satisfied.
Requirements
- Very good English skills is a must
- Experience in O2C area including Collections
- Excellent Customer Service & communication skills
- Ability to build a long-term relationships with the Client
- Excellent presentation skills
- Multitasking, ability to organize own and team work in compliance with the operational procedures, KPI/Client’s Reporting requirements, ad hock priority tasks
- Advanced Excel knowledge and computing skills
- Documented track of improvements implementations (technical, process and team work organization)
- Ability to bring an answer quickly and efficiently
- Ability to organize information and build action plans to meet Client quality requirements
- Ability to balance Client situation and requirements with company profitability and people management
