O2C Team Leader English Speaker

We are looking for a strong candidate who can take the role of Team Leader in Delivery Team concerning O2C scope and the responsibility of managing the team on a daily basis including operations and leadership. This person will provide the Client with high quality service, ensure that all KPI and Quality targets are satisfied.

• Leading the delivery team of 9 people


• Managing collections results with major focus on aged debt reduction


• Supporting function to Delivery Manager


• Contacting with Client\'s Organisation, establishing and developing relationships with Client\'s representatives and other parties. 


• Providing high quality reporting, and responding to ad-hoc requirements


• Dispute management and taking ownership of escalations


• Managing the team workload and KPI performance results effectively in order to adjust team goals to monthly changes in portfolio, 


• Driving and proposing O2C process improvements within assigned scope and portfolio to assure productivity gains increase is in line with contract requirement for the assigned portfolio, 


• Encourage cooperation, teamwork and knowledge sharing. Provide team members with coaching and assure process team training requirements are satisfied.


• Support Client\'s O2C account scope and portfolio development.

• Advanced English is required. 


• Experience in O2C area including Collections


• Excellent Customer Service & communication skills


• Ability to build long-term relationships with the Client,


• Excellent presentation skills


• Multitasking, ability to organize own and team work in compliance with the operational procedures, KPI/Client’s Reporting requirements, ad hock priority tasks


• Advanced Excel knowledge and computing skills 


• Documented track of improvements implementations (technical, process and team work organization) 


• Ability to bring an answer quickly and efficiently


• Ability to organize information and build action plans to meet Client quality requirements 


• Ability to balance Client situation and requirements with company profitability and people management


• Ability to work during Polish holidays when required and late shifts (8 morning shifts max)


• Very good understanding of GPM
