In this role you will be involved in End User Support and 1st Line Enquiries resolution. You will be dealing with End Users from other countries on the daily basis. You will be working in the international team, in the dynamics and energetic environment.
To qualify for this role you will need:
- Working knowledge of Dynamics AX Support as you will be expected to assist users from day 1 (induction training will be provided)
- Experience and knowledge of AX Manufacturing and Production modules
- German preferred
