The Nokia Bell Labs, Mobile Radio research group in Wrocław is a young and dynamic team with a noticeable responsibility and visibility within the corporation. The team has a major footprint in Nokia’s 5G research, with several lead roles in internal and collaborative projects. It is covering a wide range of research topics from 5G radio system specification and standardization to hardware research and prototyping. Our activities are conducted in collaboration with other Nokia and Bell Labs teams around the globe, in collaboration with universities, customers and competitors, for instance in EU-funded projects. Our research efforts are proven via hundreds of research publications, patents and contributions to standards.
- You are enrolled in a B.Sc. or M.Sc. program in telecommunications, electronics, computer science and mathematics or similar
- You have some experience in object oriented programming (e.g. C++) or Matlab/Octave,
- OR low level software development (e.g. embedded C) or hardware development (e.g. FPGA, HDL)
- You have basic insight into cellular communications systems
- You have a user level experience in Linux
- You are at least communicative in English
- You are passionate and highly engaged
