Miejsce pracy: Kraków, woj. małopolskie (firma oferuję pełne wsparcie relokacyjne)
Zakres obowiązków:
przyjmowanie, monitorowanie i rozwiązywanie prostych problemów zgłaszanych telefonicznie przez klientów firmy,
współpraca z pozostałymi działami wsparcia,
rejestrowanie i klasyfikowanie zgłoszeń technicznych, zdalne rozwiązywanie problemów.
Wymagania
bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (min. B2) oraz znajomość języka niemieckiego / holenderskiego / francuskiego / szwedzkiego (min. B2),
podstawowa znajomość obsługi komputera,
nie oczekujemy doświadczenia, do wszystkich obowiązków kompleksowo wdrażamy,
nastawienie na rozwiązywanie problemów.
