ITER (www.iter.org) is an international project involving the European Union, Japan, South Korea, China, Russia, and the United States aiming at showing that fusion could be used to generate electrical power, and gaining the necessary data to design and operate the first electricity-producing plant. The development is taking place under the auspices of the United Nations' International Atomic Energy Agency.Cadarache (France) - the construction site of ITER fusion device - currently hosts the world's largest superconducting fusion experiment Tore-Supra at the CEA Cadarache Research Centre, one of the biggest civil nuclear research centers in Europe.

Opis stanowiska
- completion of the structural documentation, including structural design criteria and structural assessments- complete the design drawings, including tolerance definition and interfaces to the TF winding pack, assembly procedures and plasma operating requirements- completion of the structural procurement specification, agreement of the quality control requirements with parties responsible for procurement, optimisation of design to minimise fabrication costs while satisfying performance requirements- agree construction schedule, initiate critical advance development items and qualification testing- follow procurementWymagania
