ITER (www.iter.org) is an international project involving the European Union, Japan, South Korea, China, Russia, and the United States aiming at showing that fusion could be used to generate electrical power, and gaining the necessary data to design and operate the first electricity-producing plant. The development is taking place under the auspices of the United Nations' International Atomic Energy Agency.Cadarache (France) - the construction site of ITER fusion device - currently hosts the world's largest superconducting fusion experiment Tore-Supra at the CEA Cadarache Research Centre, one of the biggest civil nuclear research centers in Europe.

Opis stanowiska
- design, construction and assembly of cryostat, including all processes such as material, structural design, factory manufacturing, on-site installation and assembly, inspection and transportation- coordination and management of all interfaces with other ITER components and buildings, including penetrations and supports- development and establishment of the procurement arrangement and technical specifications- updating the designing and interfaces with auxiliary systems surrounding cryostat- providung support in the licensing activities for safety design and assessment of the safety related function, including technical requirements such as codes and standards- responsibility for the consistency of the cryostat construction planning in relation to the ITER construction, commissioning and operation plan- working in close contact with the ITER groups/divisions in charge of the ITER components and buildings interfaced with the cryostat and design integration for on-site installation and assemblyWymagania
