Inviting applications for the role of the Material Master Data Team Leader

We are looking for the candidates willing to join us to work for great organization and our customer - Unilever

 

Responsibilities
  • Based on the input provided by Brand Development, Portfolio and Innovation teams, ensuring creation of the Material Master Data for all material types in SAP BPM, SAP PLM and SAP APO by respective Team
  • Ensuring performance of the modification process of master data by respective Team
  • Ensuring the delivery of a high level data quality of master data which meets the requirements of our internal and external customers, taking into account the global standards
  • Ensuring on time delivery of master data to support the business processes
  • Ensuring monitoring Data Quality, data consistency over material groups
  • Supporting  MSO’s and Category teams in daily responsibilities, regular business support with costing and E2E process monitoring
  • Delivering support to the whole organization where master data input is required
  • Monitoring of process (making sure respective Team is compliant with financial controls while master data processes), KPI reporting and analysing
  • Building a service excellent team for Master Data, active participation in Community of Practice
  • Provide training to new team members; People development within Team
  • Identify Business Process Improvement requirements and supporting Business with their implementation
  • Managing escalations – RCA documentation, improvement actions implementation
  • Building strong relationships with customers as a part of Customer Excellence
  • Managing a Team of Category/Re-pack (app. 10 – 20 individuals)
  • People development within own Team
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
  • Advanced level of English
  • People management and development, team building
  • Problem solving and decision making ability
  • Analytical skills, multitasking
  • Customer Service mind-set
  • E2E innovation process awareness required to be able to fully support business requirements
  • Ability to provide leadership and effectively form working relationships
  • People Management Skills
  • Very good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Additional language will be an advantage
  • Good overall computer skills (MS office, focus on excel)
  • Experience in working with SAP
