Reuters is looking for a Marketing Automation & Operations Specialist that will join the demand generation team. The role will support the implementation of multiple programmes using our marketing automation tool Eloqua to drive customer acquisition and retention. This role is a new, exciting position that will interact with multiple team members across the Marketing function.
The role would suit an experienced Marketing Automation or Marketing Operations Executive ready to take the next step in their career in a global organization.
We are looking for someone with lots of energy, deep knowledge of marketing automation and digital channels, proactive and highly collaborative to help us deliver our digital campaigns.

About the Role
As our Marketing Automation and Operations Specialist, you will:
Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing and deployment and continually evaluate these for improvements
Support Marketing Automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software
Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and report on campaign performance
Work with stakeholders to define KPIs, create dashboards and reporting, analyse campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously
Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards
Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth
Support essential marketing operations initiatives such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing
Work together with the broader demand generation team in campaigns and initiatives, supporting other channels if needed
To be our Marketing Automation and Operations Specialist, you will likely have:
Previous marketing automation experience (ideally in Eloqua) and knowledge of Salesforce integration with Eloqua is ideal
Expert knowledge of database management concepts and best practices
Experience with creating dashboards and reports on Eloqua or similar marketing automation platform
Must understand multichannel digital marketing and the role of email as part of a broader strategy to attract, nurture and convert leads into business
Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal
Must be highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision
Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion
Excellent attention to detail
Experience with other channels such as web, social, paid media, SEO or content is ideal but not essential
Fluency in English
