Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. You will serve as a single point of contact to client’s local and be accountable for driving digital outcomes from demand through service, geared towards delivering locally lead campaigns based on local insights and nuances derived from campaign interaction data and market trends. This accountability will be applied to pharma client practice.

act as single point of contact to client’s brand teams, local market lead, regulatory and medical teams as well as client’s strategic and print agencies and drive digital marketing service introduction, adoption and change on the local markets responding to raising opportunities having local insights and expertise with best practice guidance

provide input on the overall local brand strategy plan and be accountable for end-to-end orchestration to ensure delivery of campaigns including localization of global templates and advocate for global strategies, assets to be leveraged locally followed with relevant campaigns briefing and planning

translate analytics and performance reports into meaningful recommendations to optimize campaigns “on-the-fly” as well as input into future campaign strategies

interface with offshore Digital Project Coordinators who manage actual execution of campaigns to ensure correct priority and service levels for local market

manage the governance of services to provide scheduling, management reporting inputs and action tracking in timely and quality manner and coordinate roll outs of digital projects simultaneously across multiple markets
- 6+ years of professional experience in international business environment with proven record of success in client-facing role (ideally marketing account management)
- Expertise in stake-holders’ management across cultures - including client’s vendors’ management
- Proven digital marketing multi-channel experience (web, social, mobile, analytics, Adobe Campaign) followed with curiosity for new trends understanding
- Excellent English skills communication skills; Italian and / or German skills will be the strong asset
- Solid understanding of pharma industry and marketing domain in highly regulated environments
