- Grow your future and start your career in the Metals & Mechanisms business and rotate in 24 months through key Operations areas such as Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality and Manufacturing Engineering.
- Get to know the company from different perspectives at different locations within the country you are stationed in as well as a stay abroad (in Europe).
- Work on challenging and diverse projects as well as on daily business tasks in order to gain valuable knowledge about the company and our internal processes and to extend your network.

- Your mentor will accompany you during the program and will support you in your career planning. Together with him you will decide on the Operation’s department you will join after finishing the program.
- Master degree with very good results in Manufacturing / Production / Mechanical Engineering
- First experience or an interest in Operation’s department(s) such as Production, Logistics, Quality or Manufacturing Engineering, ideally in Metalworking or Automotive Industry
- Intercultural competencies acquired abroad
- Flexible combined with a high degree of mobility
- Fluent in English as well as native speaking or fluent in German, Polish or Hungarian
