Managing Director

Job description

• construction of commercial and technical structures in Bulgaria,
• planning, coordinating and supervising the activities of subordinate team,
• directly involved in the sales process, conducted according to the standards of the group,
• the implementation of the objectives,
• developing processes and creating standards for cooperation with the production departments,
• establish long-term business relationships with current and future clients,
• creating a positive image of the company and represent the company in negotiations with key customers,
• monitoring and analysis of the market and activities of the competition,
• implementation of the objectives and targets set by the General Meeting of Shareholders,
• overseeing the building of bids and taking care of their complexity,
• create and oversee the implementation of trade agreements,
• participation in trade fairs and industry events.

Requirements

• higher education (preferred directions associated with electrical or energetical sectors),
• min. 2 year’s experience in managing a team in a company associated with the electricity or electrical networks,
• min. 3 year’s experience in selling products and services in the energy sectors,
• experience in attracting and servicing business customers,
• knowledge of the electricity market,
• knowledge of the electricity distribution market in Bulgaria,
• very good knowledge of the sales of products dedicated to the distribution of electricity,
• supported by the successful experience in the sales targets,
• highly developed ability to lead and motivate staff,
• high motivation focused on tasks and projects to achieve the targets,
• very good organization of working time,
• knowledge of Bulgarian and Polish or English language.
