M3Cargo deals with the purchase, delivery and customs clearance of goods from China to Ukraine and other European countries. Since 2011, we have been helping small and medium-sized companies grow by delivering their loads as part of our LCL.
We transport from 8 to 10 containers of general cargo per month. Since the beginning of our activity, we have already handled nearly 12,938 orders! We provide high quality services and we are constantly working to increase their level.
At the moment, we are expanding the area of our activity and starting to handle the delivery and customs clearance of goods from China to Polish and through its territory.
Due to the development of the company, we are looking for a sales manager who speaks Polish and English (from В1).
We are looking for a young and active employee. Because "cold calls" and active sales will require a lot. And experience is a must.
It is a difficult job, but it has a good prospect of earning and developing.
This is remote work. Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00.

Opis stanowiska
- Analyze the Polish market - customers and competitors
- Find clients, negotiate and sign contracts
- Support customers and control the transaction flow, from order acceptance to cargo delivery
- Development of relations with the client, transfer of the status of the client from «new» to «permanent» and «key;
- Create and maintain a client base in the CRM
- Correspond with Chinese agents (infrequently in English)

Every month we carry around 10 containers of groupage cargo. Today, we have more than 12,938 successful orders. We provide quality service and are constantly looking for solutions to improve our performance.

Wymagania
- 2+ years in Sales.
- Native knowledge of the Polish language
- Fluent in written and spoken English (B level).
- High communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Experience with cold calls is considered an important advantage
- Knowledge of Russian/Ukrainian language is considered an important advantage
Oferujemy
- Salary:
- Rate starting at 800-1200 EUR NET + % of sales (we are open to negotiations). The main income of the Sales Manager is always a percentage of the sale. Therefore, your salary will depend primarily on you! We provide the opportunity to earn 2000-3500 EUR NET
- Work from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday (1-hour break)
