Management Assistant
A Leader who dreams (and delivers) of building up leading Conference Communities in a particular area of business with the prime objective of empowering community members businesses.

In this role you:
- Will ensure that the management team has excellent administrative support, enabling them to focus on business development and high-level management issues.
- Manage the agenda and planning of the Management Team
- Organize and facilitate meetings between members of the management team and speakers, participants and sponsors of our events.
- Carry out specific projects and research
- Co-operate closely with the members of the back office team like the finance managers, the office manager and IT manager.
You need to:
- Be an excellent organizer and communicator with a proactive and friendly attitude.
- Have the multi-tasking ability to work in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment, and will work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Understand the importance of discretion and confidentiality
- Speak fluently English and Polish, and be able to translate meanings rather than words
- Be able to summarize meetings between the management team and staff members adequately
- Have at least 3 years experience as a management or personal assistant
- Posses great expertise with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
