Maintenance Manager

Reporting to the Country Manager of Holland, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the production capacity on Tolsa Netherland´s site, with due regard to safety, quality and environmental issues. The candidate will manage an small team of Technicians (Electrical/Mechanical)

Functions

• Enacting and reviewing maintenance activities, including installation improvements and upgrades, preventive and corrective maintenance, and repairs/replacements, always minimising disruption to the production lines.
• Relaunching and bringing up the maintenance policy inside the plant, coordinating with Production basic tasks to be done by them as a part of the framed maintenance policy
• Increase the availability of the plant installation as well as the input conveying system
• Coordinate people, job orders and spare parts in order to minimise machinery downtime and subsequent costs.
• To organise the spare parts warehouse, ensuring optimal shelves and compartments distribution. Classifying critical parts and managing traceability of the used spare parts in every machine.
• Best estimation, forecast and control of the yearly maintenance budget in line with the Company goals
• To Manage outsourcings well as previous work arrangements and HSE issues to ensure adherence by subcontractors to the best work practises.

Wymagania

Requirements

• Studies: Degree in Industrial /Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Languages: Fluent English.
• Experience: Minimum of 3- 5 years experience as Maintenance/ Manufacturing Manager
